This 3-session class will be held on Thursday August 4, 11, and 18. 

In this three-session series, as you create three small abstract artworks, Deborah provides a hands-on approach to learning about mixed media materials, techniques, and methods. You’ll be able to try out different acrylic mediums, gels, and pastes and learn how to use them to achieve special effects. You will explore the almost infinite design possibilities to be found in the confluence of juicy paint, colorful collaged papers and tapes, shimmering metal leaf, and 3-D additions such as beads, stones, shells, twigs, broken jewelry parts, hardware bits, and assorted found objects.

Before attending, all students must present a valid Covid vaccination card, showing that a booster shot was received at least 2 weeks before the first class. Masks are required.
