Whatever your medium – pastel, oil, or watercolor – John Davis Held has developed three critical principles of design that help you build a solid foundation for creating great art composition. John uses these principles to create the beautiful pastoral landscape paintings for which he is known. During the workshop, John will demonstrate how to apply these design principles to your artwork. John will also share techniques he has mastered over years of working as an artist, at your experience level!

Covid Policy: Before attending, all students must present a valid Covid vaccination card, showing that a booster shot was received at least 2 weeks before the first class. Masks are required.
