Join artist John Davis Held to discover how a semi-precious stone made Blue more valuable than gold during the Renaissance. John will lead us on the color Blue journey from the Renaissance through the Impressionistic movement up to modern day – complete with a mini demo where John shows us how he uses Blue in pastels and oil paint.
