A Better View

Juggling your position for the best view is a typical endeavor when waiting for a parade to begin. I loved how the light caught the edges of their shoulder and back of their hair as they crossed the street. Capture the views in the shade contrasted with these highlights on the people crossing the street was the joy I found in this painting.
