All Tied Up

I’m fascinated by changes that happen over time when man made things are left to the whims of Mother Nature. My painting, All Tied Up, captures a single point in time as this circa 1952 International Harvester Pickup Truck evolves with a myriad of colors of rust. I was drawn to paint this scene because of the vines slowly embracing the truck gradually hiding it from the rest of the world.
