Essence: Drums

My essence series is about capturing just the smallest sliver of an image to tell a story. In this case the paintings is about drummers and drums. Often the heartbeat of a band that keeps them on track, the drummer and his drums are critical parts of so many genres of music. Of course I was also attracted to the reflections off the drums and had to feature those.
