Sterling Silver Diamond-shaped Chainmail – Earrings

These one-of-a-kind triangle post earrings were created using two metalsmith techniques: depletion guilding to bring up a fine silver layer to the surface and reticulation to add texture.  A patina was then applied to emphasize the texture. The smooth white pearls compliment the irregular texture and shading of the sterling silver earrings.
